Poor management
Quicklane Technician (Former Employee) –  Pasadena TxMarch 16, 2018
Worst turnover rate ever seen , pay plan was terrible and just complicated , the numbers never added up .
Management was a bit of a joke they would promise a chance to move up to main shop and then turn around and hire someone else just to try and keep a position full . Would not recommend this place to anyone

New Car Sales (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXNovember 9, 2017
typical workday would be coming in, making your calls/emails or greeting customers on the lot

workplace culture is always to do more which is not bad but expected

if you like commission or making as much as possible this is a good field to be in
Pros
comission base, bonuses
Cons
quick turnaround in management throughout the year

Sales Representive (Current Employee) –  DeSoto, TXNovember 29, 2016
Good place to work, however management weak. Other sales representatives are good to work with. Inventory management needs improvement. Long time period for trade ins ro work their way through the shop and out to the sales lot.

very fast turnover rate
Employee (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXSeptember 29, 2016
often understaffed due to individuals being fired. normally 12 hour work days, under industry average pay. The vast majority of staff are very nice. The hardest part of the job is the low rate of pay.
Pros
employee discounted parts and labor
Cons
high cost of heathcare(same as every other job now), days off of work that are not a sunday just don't happen, must take care of personal issues during sleep time or pay someone to do it

It was a job that focused on selling cars.
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) –  DeSoto, TXFebruary 24, 2014
: Calling for appointments and getting customers to come in and buy cars.

: What I have learned was effectively listening to the customer.

: Management is on it.

: It is and was a "work" environment. Busy co-workers, doing the same thing I was I doing. Friendly they were.

: Persuading a customer on the numbers. Basically, persuading on them on their monthly bill.

: The most reward-able part about the job, was seeing my customers pleased with their purchase from me.
