Friendly but unorganized with no communication. Constant understaffing due to HR incompetence and hiring freezes. It takes months to even years to fill positions.
Also Macneal does not value growth so unless you are a RN you can't move around within the hospital. If you advance your degree you will not be promoted as a non nurse. Registry people can only work in the same position forever with no chance to ever be full time or grow. You will get experience but will have to take it elsewhere for growth because Macneal only wants to support and develop nurses.
