Intake Coordinator in Clinton Township, MI
on April 12, 2022
Co-workers and benefits are the real value here. Some leadership, VPs seem to be in a clique and that makes it hard to talk with other VPs. There is little communication about big changes, or input from the diverse staff on those big changes. Most decisions are made by a select few and are often lacking from input from those who do the jobs that those decisions effect.
Intake Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in Clinton Township, MI
on March 26, 2022
Zero sense of direction. Basically they want you to figure out how to do everything. Very stressful and demanding. Barely any time to take a lunch or break, unless you’re lucky. Would not recommend to an entry level employee or to someone who wants to feel appreciated in the workplace. This job will drive your way of transportation into the ground with all of the driving requirements. Worst part about working for the specific department I was employed under was the complete and utter lack of diversity. Not one ounce. Nothing. All similar age group as well. It had a high school “clique” feel to it. Would not recommend to anyone.
Intake Support Coordinator in Clinton Twp, MI
on July 6, 2021
Overall good job with good pay but can be very stressful. I was a intake support coordinator so my caseload remained fairly low but caseworkers and other positions were drowning in work and forced to take shortcuts. Management was very helpful, and you don't have to worry about being stuck behind a desk.
SIS assessor in Livonia, MI

As a contractual employee my experience with MORC has been mostly positive. The SNAC (support needs assessment center) department has been very supportive and cares about their employees, both salaried and contractual. I’ve learned a lot about the SIS assessment and the training provided by MORC has helped me to do my job well. Great learning experience working with individuals with varying levels of support needs.
Support Coordinator/Social Worker in Clinton Township, MI
on November 9, 2020
Competitive pay and benefits for entry level work. Supportive coworkers and supervisors. The absolute best clients, if your heart is in this field. Policies and procedures change constantly, always in the direction of increased demands and responsibilities. Communication from top down is poor. There is a lot of job security because turnover is high, and there are opportunities for advancement.
