Visit your stores unannounced. Ask the support crew how things are really run.
The store I work at is always a MESS. They never have hours available to fully PROPERLY do anything, but especially merchandising and/or recovery. They continually down-staff associates so that customers are constantly complaining and working there is becoming more and more stressful.
Management fails to plan anything and thus fails in every area. Merchandise rarely is in the proper place, there is little pride in presentation. Employees who try to do things properly are cut and those who will just dump stuff on the floor get rewarded. Stock that goes into stockrooms only comes out when there is a penny pull.

Stop micromanaging the people who have experience and intelligence,Follow your own rules that you give to employees to do, take the cell phones off the floor, get rid of the slackers, give credit to all people, not just certain ones, opening up credit cards does not make you a great employee, its nice however its not an integral part the position.respect between customer to employee should be both ways not one

My advice is to add for family fun fashion shows for kids, teens, parents, etc. That will boost up sales as people come to know more about your merchandises which are in trend. As people tend to be more on the showy side or exposure.
