I did the online application process and the following day received an email saying they wished to do a phone call interview and would be calling me soon. The next day I kept my phone with me everywhere and by midday a hiring recruiter had called and done a 30 minute interview with me. She was very nice, patient, and easygoing. They ask a lot of situational questions involving your past employment in customer service or sales (depending on the position you applied for) so I would suggested reviewing questions that involve customer satisfaction, how to sell a store credit card, product sales, and former conflicts and resolution. I was hired on the spot following the interview and go for my 2-day interview this weekend. Good luck to those applying in the future! The process was fairly simple and 123.

Applied online, got an email the next day saying they wanted to do a phone interview. Did the phone interview the day after the email, they just asked situational based questions, and scheduling/ if I had any vacations planned. The lady giving the interview was very nice and let me think abut my answers for a moment and helped clarify and confusions. I go in for orientation next week. It was relatively easy, I’d just make sure to write down answers to common situation based questions

Basic Q&A. What days and hours you would like. If you would or could work over time and weekends. Overall it seem lime they wanted to know what your personality was lime and of course your skill level. Very friendly people.

Applied online, received email with interview confirmation. Went to California store, HR (AST) had no record of the interview, had to show her the email with date and time, worse yet got no apology. AST, some form of instore HR are useless and rude. That acted pained to “train” the new hires. I’d say emailing the head of “HR” several times asking about my health benefits with no response was pretty obnoxious. Finally went to her office and it was as if she had no idea why I was there. Hellooooo?? Amazing how these people stay employed. Still haven’t figured out what keeps them busy because every time I have a question they either aren’t able to answer it or act like they are too busy to. I like management though and most of the people I work with are nice.
