It is too warm in the warehouse where you walk around and pick orders that were places online. I wasn't allowed to use a personal fan on lanyard that was breakaway. I need it because I'm sweating moving for ten hours and only sitting down 3 times for two 15 minute breaks and half hour lunch. My fan breaks away as well as the lanyard with ID they gave me to wear. I'm going to talk to them again about allowing me to wear it. There's no reason to make people sweat all day doing their regular job indoors.
Be professional about employees situations, restructure policies, and review floor managers more often.
Try to be more understanding of people living arrangements and personal life. and they should try to promote give more raises and help people reach they're goals in life
