Shifts a are generated by a computer, not a person. You could close one night, then open the next morning. The managers have no power over scheduling. You can pick up additional shifts through the employee website or swap with an employee if they are willing. If an emergency comes up or you're sick, it'll cost you credits which can lead to termination.

Yes, ive used that employee prepaid card and noticed that i was being charged the full amount. But the discount shows on the statement which i dont get. I think it should show on the reciept, which is only right.

They offered health plans to those averaging 30 or more hours a week. High monthly premium/high out of pocket with Cigna-it would eat a good chunk of your paycheck. Better to buy insurance off the Marketplace.

The training process is done in a room with all the other new hires. It is about 8 to 9 hrs and yes you can leave and come back to finish. You are put to work by yourself right away, whether you grasp the concept or not. GOOD LUCK!
