Somewhere to hang your license - hands off
Real Estate Agent (Former Employee) - Denver, CO - September 24, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedNo complaints here, but it won't fit everybody, particularly fresh licensees who need a visibility boost above all. Relaxed management. If you have the basics down and a decent sphere this could border on a dream job as there's really no productive difference from the agencies with their so-called support that just means sitting through Zoom roundtables six hours a week.
Pros
Hands off management. Opcity for what that's worth. No false company promotion.
Cons
designed for agents with their own client base

No communication & lack of professionalism
REALTOR (Former Employee) - Austin, TX - March 15, 2023
My onboarding was a joke. They gave me a past agent's email and ruined 2 weeks of work. In which I had already put in including ordering and paying for (2) sets of business cards. They deleted my email account to start a new one, because it belonged to someone else who had worked there. And without even acknowledging my money and time spent in 2 weeks of marketing that email. Fast forward to 2 months , the leads program Opcity is terminating leads for this brokerage. Such a shady office with no communication to any of the offices in several states. Horrible experience with them. They lack professionalism & acknowledgement of their own mistakes.
Pros
Virtual office
Cons
No communication & lack of professionalism

Official response from Madison Allied LLC
April 18, 2023Thank you we take all feedback very seriously and sorry for your experience in your short time with our brokerage. The free company provided email is a tool that most of our team members consider a perk. In addition we continue to enjoy a great relationship with all of our lead providers and close deals with them consistently. Feel free to contact our team at any time to discuss your concerns. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Work from Home
Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) - Rye, NY - July 14, 2022
I love the entire concept of online real Estate. However, opportunities to win a referral are very competitive. You need to keep your phone close by at all times. The ability to earn a good income is uncertain. You cannot depend on a position such as this one for a steady income. This applies to all RE types.
Pros
Referrals are as close as your phone
Cons
Too competitive

Great for independent work....plus support that you need.
Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) - Long Island, NY - July 1, 2022
This company, basically an on-line real estate company, offers much of (if not more) what a brick and mortar real estate office would offer. They offer leads via various resources and training to help get and maintain the leads. They offer telephone support (via a call or text) whenever you need it. They are fast to get back to you and are always up to date on state required forms and information. Payment is also fast via direct deposit. Overall a good place for a real estate agent who wants to maintain their independence but have support when needed.

This is a great place if you are looking for independence. You must be self motivated and able to work 100% remote.
Associate Broker (Current Employee) - Westchester County, NY - July 1, 2022
This is a virtual firm. The arrangement is perfect for me and there is no minimum sales requirement. The splits are fair. The lead feed is excellent. I always have plenty of clients.
Pros
Plenty of clients from feeds
Cons
None for me

5 stars
Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) - Palm Coast, FL - July 1, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company? You can make your own hours and work independently. There are no desk fees or mandatory meetings. There is a supportive team to answer any questions you may have. Madison Allie’s provides plenty of quality leads. It’s a fun low key work place. Highly recommend. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? You will be responding to many leads that need to be answered quickly. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very supportive What is a typical day like for you at the company? Depends on the day I can work as much as I want or take the day off.

Virtual Office with 24/7 Manager Support!
Sales Manger (Current Employee) - Florida - April 16, 2022
For the past six years, I have worked for Madison Allied LLC and I've never been happier. With a work from home, on the go approach, this company is great! Managers are available all the time for support, including weekends. New agents as well as experienced agents receive assistance from the management team. Multiple lead generation platforms are available to agents. Additionally, the company has agents in New York, Florida, Texas, and Colorado, and plans to expand.

This is company is a good fit for someone doing real estate on the side who has a ton of previous experience.
Real Estate Agent (Former Employee) - Florida - April 7, 2022
Hands off management. This is both a positive and negative. This is not a good fit for anyone who hasn't had a ton of real estate experience. There isn't a good chain of command and the managers living in New York are hurried and impatient.

Still to early to tell
Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) - Orlando, FL - April 23, 2021
Its only been 2 weeks so its still way to early to give a correct, true honest opinion. Split is decent, with no monthly fees. They are more of a virtual office, however the managers does call once a week
Pros
Good split no fees

I am an Independant Contractor - Realtor
Realtor (Current Employee) - Virtual office, I work from my home. - January 24, 2021
It would be best to state they are a great company to work WITH, rather than FOR. I am a Realtor, and I felt they have the best program for my needs. If I have questions or support, I know there are several people to go to to assist me, train me or guide me. There were times that when I wasn't sure if the path I was considering to take was right for me. Just by talking it through with one of the managers, I was able to answer my own question.
Pros
High commission amounts on clients I bring, referrals available if you need/want
Cons
Commision rate is lower on referrals
