When a job assignment is available, I show up at the main office of either Junior High or High School to sign in. I receive the details for the class(es) I will be substitute teaching in and I immediately go to that classroom. I review the teachers curriculum set up for that school day and make sure I have the materials required for flawless classes. - more ... At the end of the day, I write a brief review of the classes for the classroom teacher to see the next day.

Hardest part of the job would be getting the students on task but the more assignments I have, the better I am at immediately getting on ... - less
ProsPlenty of free time in between classes
ConsSubstitute schedule varies widely
