SR. MANAGER Financial Planning and Analysis (Former Employee) – Santa Clara, CA – March 18, 2015
I'm hesitant to write this review because the situation of being one step away from bankruptcy naturally colored everything and made it a poor place to work. So this may not be a fair review for what the company now is.
While I was there the company was always one step away from bankruptcy, had trouble making payroll and most people in my department were running around putting out fires and working extremely long hours trying to help the company to survive. Normally I think there would have been a more collaborative team environment, my Director Pierre certainly tried to foster it, and was a very strong, but everyone was overworked, tired and in protection mode. Executive management was disengaged, probably looking for their next gig, and made very poor decisions (or should I say lack of decisions). Hours were extremely long and ultimately the company failed, almost everyone was laid off, and the company was sold to a vendor for debt owed.
Again I am hesitant to give such a negative review since the company may be completely different and a much better place to work now.
Customer Support Representative (Former Employee) – San Dimas, CA – December 8, 2014
The job was very easy to do. Our co-workers were very easy to work with and get along with. We were able to make our own hours pretty much which allowed for us to put in lots of overtime and get great checks each paid period. There was not much pressure at the job site. Our management was always easy to talk to. There was lots of support from Management as well as co-workers.
Schedule, work environment was good
We never got hired on, was always a temporary position.
Marketing Internship (Former Employee) – Santa Clara, CA – November 26, 2014
I learned a lot and it was a perfect summer internship. The hardest part of the job was communicating with the people above me. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people I worked with. They were lovely. I learned how a company operated. It was my first big company I worked for. It really opened my eyes to the inside of a business.
Order Management / CSR (Former Employee) – San Dimas, CA – November 25, 2013
I enjoyed my job duties managing accounts from beginning to end and the relationships between myself, co-workers, customers and reps. I learned Oracle and proved to be pro-active and a multi-tasker, handling both forward and reverse operations.
