I apply about 3 weeks ago but I have no experience has an operator, can I still get hired on.

I started the application process in December 17 and I recently spoke to one of the reps and she sent an Email to the scheduler in mid March and I have yet to hear from anyone. I completed the CAQH and my credentials were verified so I’m just wondering what the process is to start work!

Long drawn out procedure up to several months. Many items repeated multiple times.

2-3 weeks. application and resume', phone interview, one on one interview, testing(typing, psychological, etc.), final one on one interview.
