Absentee owner

A nice enough restaurant. Lots of college kids, so no real strong crew minus owner’s family and one FOH. If you want 20 hours a week and schedule flex, it would be great. For someone trying to pay the bills you might want to keep looking.

Good Benefits

Not clear goals high turnover and dont provide stability. Fire people like crazy and utilize the people. Managers who work hard get fire and the retain the ones dont do anything. One of the worst place to work or to manage. They will give you attractive offer at the beginning and then take it out from you. Dont trust the management at all. Expect people to work hard and dont paid enough.

Managements socks especially building owner and son. They think cause they have money know everything about processing. Managements hire people for supervisor job with no clue about plastics supervisor Fola 3rd shift is a joke she is the police gurd can't even go to the bathroom without been told not to go, it is a joke working with these company

Terrible work enviorment to work for. The management don't know what they are doing. They fire the best people to replace them with people who don't know what they are doing.
