Our management turnover rate averages between 15% and 20%! The Maggiano's Little Italy community boasts over 4,000 employees and is still growing. Maggiano's Little Italy® truly is a very special group of restaurants. Technically, we're a "chain," but in principle, we're more like an extended family. Accounting

Hundreds of Teammates and thousands of Guests walk through the doors of Maggiano’s each month and the AOM is responsible for our Restaurants operating behind the scenes.
