They dont take care of there veteran staff who were loyal 5+ years.
Magic Memories itself isn’t very progressive or creative. They don’t take any great suggestions from the young and innovative team. They under appreciate hard workers and management is unorganized.

Low pay, low pay, low pay, and low pay. Low benefits, and no yearly merit increases. There is no growth with Magic Memories. Like the comment before me, management doesn't care about their employees, they are self-serving and want you to meet targets and goals no matter what.
Low pay, to much micromanaging, management does no care about line level employees. Bad equipment.
