good training nice selection of used and new and great sales manager mojo. Kind of have to grind it out get the feel won't get a mass amount of leads at start, but worth it if you can put some time and wait to build your business pipeline.

Magic Toyota is a fun place to work but also competitive. It challenges you everyday and you have to multi-task talking to different people daily while handling your day to day tasks. It builds your character, and helps improve your work skills.

Great place to work. If your experience car sells when it is a great place to work. Competitive pay Many opportunities. Great teamwork and environment. Great clientele.

abusive service writers

the service writers and service manager are horrible people who only care about themselves and don't take care of fellow employees. They make up stories about people to try and get them in trouble if they don't like them and gossip about each other to no end

Short breaks make you work through lunch, treated like absolute trash

managers only want whats good for them, mojo is probably the worst of them all. They only care about themselves, and purposely are hypocrites to the rules they put in place

The pay doesn't balance with the duties they ask of you, they go solely by seniority for advancement (if they don't just make up a job for someone they are told to hire), they do not increase pay very much or very regularly. Some employees have worked there for 6 years w/o a raise!!!

Lunch is bought on weekends if you don't take a lunch break
Cons
Very few people actually DO their job
