It's horrible at the columbus, ga facility. They are never fully staff. You're always working by yourself with 40 residents to take care of. Management doesn't care AT ALL. Don't even try to come in and help. It's so sad that the residents aren't getting the care that they need. I advised you if you love your family members and want them to be taken care of, don't bring them here.

The CEO NEEDS to show his face
The staff or residents don't see him until something happens to the buliding. He's never at a meeting to see how we feel or our opinions. These surveys we do every year is a waist of time because NOBODY HEARS US. We need a new ADMINISTRATOR, who we can learn something from. She can't even check vital signs.

Haha, there have been nurses move to that position and made LESS than what they were making on the cart. But hey, if you like to just stand around and smoke cigarettes and eat with the other upper management and complain about work performance when you could be helping out, then this job is for you!
