They don’t hire enough people and want everyone else to make up for the work but not for extra pay. Do not recommend working here unless you like being stressed out with no life outside of work.

Poor management
Most managers have no clue on how to manage . Communication to staff is all fluff and no stuff. Managers tend to their favorite employees whether they follow policy or procedures or not.

Productive place to work
Everyone is very kind, the managers are there to help you grow not to yell at you. They are interested in helping you grow outside of the dealership on your personal goals and have training 3 days a week.

Family run managers tough to deal with
To many sales and employees used to do all the grunt work and are outside for long hours during winter cleaning lot and cars. No breaks and only certain employees help.
