The environment at these companies will have you stressed out from the unprofessional disorganized staff and other employees. Money, money, money is only thing important to owners of these franchises! With that said, you find yourself coming in everyday having to rush through clean, having to above and beyond to get a few pieces of good feedback. One negative review and your automatically not going to get any bonuses that month. Seems about right don't it? The negative feedback doesn't even have to be anything involving the clean. The customer could send in feedback saying he/she didn't like your attitude. It may or may not be true or the customer took it that way and your not getting the bonuses. But, what about the rest of the all the hard work that month? Anything to put money in or back in their pockets. Gossip, rumors and drama are other things going on with these companies.
