Health care is a challenging environment for all areas of service. I feel that success is having the right person in the right area of service that supports users to share their experience and as with anything passes that information to others that the experience they received is always their if needed.

It was an internship, but the experience was helpful. I was there 8:30-3:00. Management was helpful. Workplace culture was relaxed. I enjoyed my co workers and my supervisors.

If your out for six months regardless if your out due to work related reasons....your out. Watch your back.....keep emails, notes, everything.....you must document everything! Remember everyone is out for themselves....they will do what they have to get ahead or keep their own jobs.

I don't see the relevance in this question. We're all hired into positions with different scopes of practice. My pace would be relaxed. I have to stay focused and aware of my surroundings as I travel to each individual. In providing care, I'm courteous, respectful, and relaxed as I aid families in safe environments.

I am sure they do drug testing. I know when I first came to the organization 9 years ago they did. I am positive they still do.

The working hours are flexible, yet detailed to the needs of the company. Typical needs may start during normal business hours or a little earlier depending on the need. An example would be individuals that may want care to start at 6:30 am, while others may want care to start as late as 2pm.
