It was an internship, but the experience was helpful. I was there 8:30-3:00. Management was helpful. Workplace culture was relaxed. I enjoyed my co workers and my supervisors.

If your out for six months regardless if your out due to work related reasons....your out. Watch your back.....keep emails, notes, everything.....you must document everything! Remember everyone is out for themselves....they will do what they have to get ahead or keep their own jobs.

I feel the company is challenged by decreased Medicare reimbursement, but seems to be in good financial standing. I feel it tries to improve the health of the community by offering programs on various health topics. Research being done is also a very important function of MLH.

I am sure they do drug testing. I know when I first came to the organization 9 years ago they did. I am positive they still do.
