We partner with rural primary care, pharmacy and urgent care partners to meet patients where they are. Becoming an extension of their current healthcare team, we provide rural residents personalized assistance with their health care needs including a dedicated local health navigator, 24/7 access to a doctor, a world-class network of specialists, medication refills, and help navigating insurance benefits. Our interdisciplinary care team uses an integrated technology platform to coordinate and manage comprehensive, longitudinal care.

Great place.
Great place to work! Company is amazing and the works is greatly rewarding. You really get to learn patients needs and help them. It can be overwhelming, but it's also very beautiful.

good company to work for. they care about your life outside of work and they offer flexibility. training is intense, and a little lacking, but the job is worth any hassle you go through.

Benefits
Great company culture, but not many benefits. Accrued hours for sick days and vacation. There’s meetings everyday for at least 30 minutes - 1 hour. Training is intense taught by 2 former school teachers.

I couldn't be more proud to work for an oraganziation who's sole purpose is to help others. We live out our values daily and have fun while doing it. Highly recommend Main Street as a great place to work.
