Felt more like an interrogation than an interview

The interview questions ARE tailored to each individual based on their staff assessment results. If a candidate shows mid/low in an area, custom questions are created to specifically ask more about that area. Behavioral interview questions are used because they're the best at gauging how a person will react "in real life". Rather than having someone talk about their skills, we're asking them to prove it.

Make sure you take the time to talk about your qualities and what you think makes you a good fit, as in my experience they don't come out and ask you these things. They ask situational questions (which isn't bad) but they don't get down to the specific qualities of candidates that can be important.
