Make up for ever has a great tribe structure, but too many cooks in the kitchen. When ever you think you are important or that you matter or make a difference you realize you do not matter. The company needs to think more about its core value of Education and if that happens things would get better.

Collaborate and very artisty driven
Written by Part Time Resident Artist (Former Employee) from New Jersey on February 3, 2018
Make Up For Ever is very focused on teamwork, and very heavily influenced by artistry. It was by far my favorite brand to work for. There was no cut-throat competition. It was all about tribe service and collaborating together. The company highly values its' artists and is determined to see that each and every artist succeeds within the company.
