Here at Makotek, we have a straight-forward recruiting process. Our recruitment team will contact you after you fill out our application and they will ask you a few questions to determine the next steps. If you are scheduled for an interview, we will try to get you in to see your area's General Manager as soon as possible. The interview itself should not take longer than an hour. We recommend coming in looking sharp and being ready to discuss the job. Our managers are always excited to speak with new applicants and we hope this job is the right fit for you!

Answered December 11, 2020No, training days (2 or 3) you get minimum wage so it will be small, your fist check. after that they say $10hr to get you to take the job and show you all the good pay stubs just for your check to be about 200-600 depending on what you have collected ( if you do not collect enough boxes you will still be paid minimum wage.

The application will be reviewed by either the General Manager or the Recruitment Manager to be evaluated. If your application is desired, we will call you and schedule an interview.
