Family based company. Company lacks teamwork, motivation FROM ALL EMPLOYEES, lacks a decent living pay and poor benefits. Only a certain select few of team members get advantages such as special treatment, raises, compensation. I like the front of the office I work with ( we look out for each other and help each other), other than that I do not respect many.
