12 hrs/day. Supposed to be 4 days on and 4 days off, but they don’t hesitate to force overtime, so 60+ hour work weeks occur whenever they sell more than can actually be produced. Those 60 hour rotations can also span across 2 different pay periods, eliminating overtime pay for many of those hours.

Move towards the products that are not controlled. We need to be able to make more products that we can ship out with the least amount of government regulation. Our business as it stands is highly regulated. Some products are more regulated than others. I would return to making more products that can be made and then shipped anywhere in the world without going through layers of government paperwork.
