Competitive workplace, too many chiefs, lack of communication

The main problem here was right hand not talking to left hand . All work sent overseas, too many policies that aren’t followed. In the beginning I felt like I was appreciated and a strong part of team. the last 2 years there , you could not trust anyone to not try to stab you in the back.
