Okay pay, sketchy management
Started off with decent pay and got a $1.25 raise a little after a year. Good property manager but everyone above her and how management is run seems a bit off.
I definitely got tired of getting yelled at by residents for things that could have been prevented by better management. The company seems to deal with issues/possible issues with the mindset - more... of solving afterwards rather than preventing. Definitely takes a toll on the leasing agents, who are the face of the property.
They definitely need a human resources office. Too many over-the-line employee "friendships" go on in this company. C ... - less
Prosprizes at annual banquets, nice coworkers, occasional luncheons
