Operations Manager in North Charleston, SC
on January 10, 2016
I liked working with my fellow operations mangagers
At first I thought it was a pretty good job opportunity, but I was wrong. From a management stand point the purchasing and human resource side of things does not communicate properly with the operations side.

Do yourself the favor and don’t apply. Turn over rate about 3 people a day. Management is a joke. The mechanic likes to scream and cuss all day. Every piece of machinery is 20 years old and has had a hard life.

Operator/ laborer in Charlotte, NC

Typical day at work would include various grading activities, and installing sod for the house. While employed there, I thoroughly enjoyed learning bout working with the company. People there are great, and know how to treat you right! Also learned how to do landscape grading. The management there is outstanding. Hardest part of job in my opinion would have to be, making sure the grading is right for the house, and don't take too much time to do it or else the sod will get bad. Last but not least, most enjoyable part of the job would have to be lunch time. Ain't nothing better than taking a break from working hard, and biting into whatever you brought to lunch. Simply being fueled up, and ready to go back at it again. Without lunch, it'd be hard to get through the day at work.
