Crew, Great. Supervisors, Not Great
Water Maintenance Tech Trainee (Former Employee) – Bradenton, FL – June 2, 2017
Working at Manatee County, the job was mainly digging holes by hand, replacing pipes and fixtures once exposed. Outside work, rain or shine you're out digging a hole some where. Hardest part of the job was dealing with members on the crew, being younger with very little experience in the job it was a rough start having to learn everything so quickly. Once being able to learn the basics the job seemed to flow much more nicely and in a manor that we all knew what the next person needed before they could even ask.
To many supervisors trying to place boss, no set game plan
