Great Work, Horrible Management
While I loved my job at Manatee Glens, it was ultimately the managerial staff that drove me away. They had unrealistic demands, were often very rude, and never seemed to have the appropriate education for their position. I have seen supervisors talk about their inferiors to other inferiors, yell and belittle, cause staff to cry, as well as ask staff - more ... to do things that would and should never be allowed.
If you have another option for work, choose that. Manatee Glens is not worth the stress. Oh, and don't think H.R. will fix any problem you may encounter. - less
