Senior Consultant (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – May 17, 2018
Manhattan Associates is implementing supply chain software that is probably state of the art but can often times feel behind the curve. This seems to be more of an industry critique than a company critique based on some of their competitors. Consulting positions usually require frequent travel and are project-based, lasting from several months to more than a year.
Account Service Manager (Current Employee) – Atlanta, GA – March 1, 2018
I do think that Manhattan Associates will give someone the knowledge that they would need to succeed in this industry. My advice would be to come here, knock it out the box, meaning work hard and long hours....then use it to advance. I do think that once you gain the experience here that you will have more money earning potential elsewhere.
HR Assistant (Current Employee) – Atlanta, GA – January 17, 2018
You are expected to work until you burn out. I went through 3 managers and only one was a team player, the other two took credit for my, and my team members', successes and scapegoated everything else. Complaints to management and HR go unheard. The pay and benefits are really good, which is why I have stayed on.
Good wages & benefits
Horrible management, no such thing as a 40 hour week
Great place to start your career, however; career advancement/career goals are overlooked
Consultant - Transportation Lifecycle Management (Current Employee) – Atlanta, GA – January 2, 2018
While working at Manhattan Associates, I have had the opportunity to learn a lot, considering it was my first job out of college. You have the opportunity to work with many well-known companies in the supply chain industry and learn about how technology is helping manage/solve problems within the Supply Chain domain.
Open workplace, Flexible about working from home, working with well-known companies
Java Developer (Former Employee) – Newark, DE – November 26, 2017
Began work for a small startup company (ReturnCentral) that was acquired by Manhattan Associates in 2003. They kept our team on as Manhattan Associates employees, and we worked out of a satellite office in Delaware (company HQ is located in Marietta, GA). It was a good environment to work in, and we delivered our projects on schedule with very little interference or intervention from Head Office.
Customer Service Consultant / Team Lead (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – October 8, 2017
If there is an opportunity to work with Manhattan Associates, strongly consider it. This company was great for me. Also all employees can write their own career book. The options are endless for most position. Yet evening with my position the possibility were endless for the first ten years.
Sr. Project Manager (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – August 24, 2017
Manhattan Associates is a great work place for anyone looking to start a career in the supply chain industry. They offer various growth and learning opportunities in different areas of supply-chain management
Software Consultant (Current Employee) – Atlanta, GA – August 23, 2017
Manhattan is a great place to learn at a young age since you are given a lot of responsibility right away. An entry level consultant is given the opportunity to get in front of high level clients early in their career. However, Manhattan has a 'please the client no matter what the expense' type culture which often results in employees consistently working 50+ hours/week with no extra pay. Overall, Manhattan is a solid company to work for, but it is exhausting to sustain long term.
