Some teams are Stellar.
Principal Engineer (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAMay 11, 2018
Others are not. Management proved to be chaotic. If under the right branch and protected the company is stellar. Fall under the wrong umbrella and it can be chaos at best with no support.

Account Service Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAMarch 1, 2018
I do think that Manhattan Associates will give someone the knowledge that they would need to succeed in this industry. My advice would be to come here, knock it out the box, meaning work hard and long hours....then use it to advance. I do think that once you gain the experience here that you will have more money earning potential elsewhere.

Senior Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJanuary 30, 2018
IT needs to focus on leadership... many leaders are new and the confusion is high. Missing some basics. Overall seems to be heading in the right direction.

10 hour days the norm, awful management
HR Assistant (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJanuary 17, 2018
You are expected to work until you burn out. I went through 3 managers and only one was a team player, the other two took credit for my, and my team members', successes and scapegoated everything else. Complaints to management and HR go unheard. The pay and benefits are really good, which is why I have stayed on.
Pros
Good wages & benefits
Cons
Horrible management, no such thing as a 40 hour week

There are a lot of young motivated employees. You are working with world-class, industry-leading software. As a consultant you are required to travel up to 70% of the time, but are well compensated

Worked on a tight-knit team
Java Developer (Former Employee) –  Newark, DENovember 26, 2017
Began work for a small startup company (ReturnCentral) that was acquired by Manhattan Associates in 2003. They kept our team on as Manhattan Associates employees, and we worked out of a satellite office in Delaware (company HQ is located in Marietta, GA).
It was a good environment to work in, and we delivered our projects on schedule with very little interference or intervention from Head Office.

Great bunch of very smart people but the workload made it an absollute sweat shop.
Senior Consultant (i-Series) (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 29, 2017
Great people but the workload made it an absolute sweat shop most of the time ... unless you could buddy up with folks effectively. There is no other way to say it.
Pros
Great opportunity especially if you have a photographic memory
Cons
Not a lot of diversity in the IT ranks.

Fast paced, demanding work environment
Software Consultant (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 23, 2017
Manhattan is a great place to learn at a young age since you are given a lot of responsibility right away. An entry level consultant is given the opportunity to get in front of high level clients early in their career. However, Manhattan has a 'please the client no matter what the expense' type culture which often results in employees consistently working 50+ hours/week with no extra pay. Overall, Manhattan is a solid company to work for, but it is exhausting to sustain long term.
