Chart throughout the day to maintain most updated charts available. Engage physician and other team members to encourage cohesive medical and therapeutic care. The hardest and most enjoyable part of the job played one in one, as direct patient care can be both trying and a blessing each day.

You have to love the residents of this community. Watching the transition that occurred over twenty years in this organization was amazing. Watching the impact that the transition had on the residents and staff was memorable as well.
Like most organizations, the transition was not easy for everyone but the outcome for the residents was and is amazing.
