Light Industrial Worker in Sterling, VA

very good company to work for
fun environment. some places were better than others. staff members were very helpful and friendly. they kept you moving from one job to another and sometimes long periods of time. i worked a entire year with this company and ended up being there for seven years. became record center coordinator. and i got employee of the month through manpower and my job. Another assignment through manpower I worked at the airport(LSG). we did refrigeration and coolers. everyday was breakfast, lunch and dinner. unlimited snacks and soda. hated to leave that place but the freezers and being december didn"t work for me.

Not a good place to work for they treat you less because of the temp title. No pto, no bonuses, no anything. Paid less than full time(permanent) to do more work as a temp. It isn’t fair everyone should get paid the same of you are doing the same $12 vs $18 really.

I worked with Manpower in Lancaster, PA as a temp service employee at a company. Overall Manpower is an okay company, found work pretty quick but after I was laid off by the company after 3 months of being there they kind of brushed me off. They barely had any other good companies to work for and I had no benefits working full time hours. But when it came to needing sick days off they were very lenient and nice about it!

It's ok easy work but no advancement unless you apply into the company you are working al. Not a temp to hire. You have to ask for time off two weeks in advance
Temp in Reno, NV

This organization is very unprofessional and unorganized, I have worked for other staffing agencies that are 'professional' this place needs help instead of providing help. Good luck
