My last position as a Customer Care Service Representative. I registered on Manpower's website, I applied for position. Received phone call from Manpower with Location Information, Interview Date, Time & Contact Person to bring Resume & Two Forms ID. Upon arrival, signed in, presented ID and asked to complete Interview Application at Client Location then waited for Interview. Meet with Client HR Contact was placed in Testing Room with four other applicants, HR Contact explained test(s), asked any questions, start test when ready. Upon completion, if you passed test, you proceed to Interview and met with Client Trainer and Supervisor, who introduced themselves and their job duties then they take turns asking about you, your educational background, previous work experience, and finally they give you scenarios on how you would handle situations. If they agreed you are a qualified candidate, you go back to HR Contact, to a fill in blank paper 10 minute basic complete test, and since it is a CSR position they want to see how you sound on the phone when leaving a message for a customer. Lastly, HR Contact tells you he/she will give everything to Trainer & Supervisor to review and they will contact Manpower as to whether you met all requirements usually by end of day depending on Interview Time.

I applied Manpower's website. Upon review of my resume, if applicable, you receive either an email or phone call from the Manpower office you applied to confirm your interest in the position with a brief summary about position Client, Exact Location, Work Dates & Times, Pay Rate, etc. If applicant is still interested, Manpower will submit your application & resume to the Client for review. If Client agrees, an Interview is setup with the Client especially if it is a Temp to Hire. After your Interview, Manpower will contact you within a day or two possibly by the close of business if Client is interested. Definitely one way or the other. If selected, Manpower gives you pertinent information regarding Client if they want a Drug Screening and Background Check where to go etc. If all goes well, Manpower call or emails you with Client Contact Name (Trainer or Supervisor), Start Date, Start Time and an you will receive additional information via email from Manpower Human Resource Dept about logging into Manpower to enter daily time & attendance and other pertinent HR required information & documents. The rest is up to you. Good Luck!
