My last position as a Customer Care Service Representative. I registered on Manpower's website, I applied for position. Received phone call from Manpower with Location Information, Interview Date, Time & Contact Person to bring Resume & Two Forms ID. Upon arrival, signed in, presented ID and asked to complete Interview Application at Client Location then waited for Interview. Meet with Client HR Contact was placed in Testing Room with four other applicants, HR Contact explained test(s), asked any questions, start test when ready. Upon completion, if you passed test, you proceed to Interview and met with Client Trainer and Supervisor, who introduced themselves and their job duties then they take turns asking about you, your educational background, previous work experience, and finally they give you scenarios on how you would handle situations. If they agreed you are a qualified candidate, you go back to HR Contact, to a fill in blank paper 10 minute basic complete test, and since it is a CSR position they want to see how you sound on the phone when leaving a message for a customer. Lastly, HR Contact tells you he/she will give everything to Trainer & Supervisor to review and they will contact Manpower as to whether you met all requirements usually by end of day depending on Interview Time.

Very easy if you are applying for something you know how to do. If it is posted, it is open. Personality is important. Know your job history from A to Z and be able to tell it in 1 paragraph. Resume must be up to date and the rule is no more than 5 jobs in 10 years and no more than 3 in 5. If you have moved from job to job seeking your career you will look unstable, a "job hopper" is usually not called in to interview unless it is a short lived assignment. Nothing to hide? Go for it!
