MAP Communications, Inc. is a nationwide answering message service and call center offering customized solutions to businesses large and small.

Having started business in 1991, MAP operates two dynamic call centers, the largest being our corporate headquarters (pictured above). Both centers are located just a stone's throw from the Virginia Beach

We are an employee-owned company which means that each of our employees is also an owner and profits directly from the financial well being of the company.


Ownership within their own company gives all employees a vested interest in delivering excellence in both the services that they provide, as well as the customer service relationship they build with each and every customer.

Holidays and one weekend day are REQUIRED. It’s a 24/7 answer center. Quite a few people in management are wonderful and truly care about their employees, others come off with strong personalities and do not give off a vibe of helpfulness or friendliness

Relaxed, casual yet professional environment; on-going training and assistance by managers; opportunities for overtime are abundant during inclement weather, holidays, etc.; the hardest part of the job is satisfying the various needs and interests of a large customer base and their customers
