Diverse group of people but very “right doesn’t know what the left is doing” environment. Lots of grand ideas but no scalable processes or follow through.

Answered

Asked usual questions and gave a great overview of what MAP does, who it benefits and how they get paid. They did ask what personal experience I had in recovery which was fine.
I believed that my interviews went well but my rejection email was a generated canned response and not even from the HR person I was communicating with. I was surprised by that but perhaps I should not of expected anything more.

Answered

Strong. I can't wait to see where we are going!

Answered

It varies. It is a 3 interview process and training is done in groups on specific dates.

Answered

I would praise my subordinates for all the hard work they do and make them actually want to work for me.

Answered

Benefits are very sub par and expensive for anything more than employee only coverage. I’m paying 3x as much in premiums now than I was at my previous employer for less coverage. The compensation is decent but when you look at your total comp package (no bonus structure, benefits, etc..) way off.
