Insurance Claim Rep II, PD (Former Employee) – Webster, MA – December 7, 2017
Very stressful environment. Claims to have open door policy with management however does not. Do as I say not as I do management team. This use to be a family owned company who cared about their employees. Now that corporate has purchased they "post" that company is a great place to work however it is not true. Review their employee surveys. The proof is in the pudding
Agency interface support (Former Employee) – Webster, MA – November 21, 2017
Management pick favorites and do not follow company policies. Micro management is out of control here and expect a very hostile work environment. Give you plenty of PTO days and then criticize you for using them. Human Resources seem miserable and it reflects in the way they treat their employees.

My job consisted of auto claims and accident claims I learned a lot from how you work all sorts of claims The work was good and to be able to accuse that client in a moment of a tragedy in the accident made me important for them and that filled me with satisfaction
I worked in the street and could accommodate my time
I did not appreciate the effort you made for the company

Assistance Coordinator (Former Employee) – Columbus, GA – July 22, 2015
enjoyed working here for the most parts. The management was very unprofessional, they provided an assist line to assist coordinators, they rarely answered and when they did they had an attitude and did not want to help.
Insurance Supervisor, Material Damage Department (Former Employee) – Webster, Mass – July 22, 2015
A great company which allowed me to grow as a supervisor. I was given the opportunity to design and implemented a state wide customer service program which eventually was expanded national with over 8 figures of saving to the company. Highly regarded program by both management and MAPHRE customers.
Allowed to take a leadership role in a growing company.
After many successes program was being changed with a different focus.
