About Maple Leaf Childcare Center

Appreciation- We appreciate our team and the value they bring to our community. We would not be who we are without our teachers. We show our appreciation by noticing the milestones; big and small, and celebrating them! Every day is fun at Maple Leaf and not just for the kids! We have multiple theme dress days, contests and tokens of appreciation weekly!

Community- Our team here at Maple Leaf is composed of individuals who share in a love for teaching children, being kind and having fun. No matter our differences outside of Maple Leaf, we remain connected and supportive together while at work. Our teachers and families are encouraged to get to know one another and share in the love for helping their children grow! We love hosting events that include families and teachers such as truck or treat and our annual Great Escape Day!

Professionalism- We strive to be role models for children and hold ourselves accountable to dress appropriately and speak kindly to all children and adults.

Unity- Maple Leaf teachers are unified in the multiple layers of being part of a team. We are present for children and our team members at work. All individuals who are part of the team are respected for who they are and remain respectful to others. We are a team that works with each other and for each other!

Responsibility- By taking on the role of a teacher you take on the responsibility to take ownership of your actions, what you say and do, and to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Next to a child's parent, teacher have the most important job in the world!
