I took this job as a PT job, Dining Room Server. I ended up working more hours as there was a shortage of staff.

The DR/Kitchen staff were reasonably nice, and cared about the residents. I actually felt that all the staff I encountered did care about the residents.

The facility itself is brand new (2014) and beautiful. It was great working - more ... in such a nice environment. Meal service is fine dining, table cloths, china, etc. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal service averaged 3.5 - 4 hour shift per meal service.

You work/are busy non-stop from the time you start your shift and when it ... - less
ProsResidents, Facility, Laid Back Atmosphere
ConsJust above MINIMUM Wage, No Benefits, No Opportunities
