Sr. level position in telecommuter

I really enjoyed working with Marathon Health, up until I was laid off after only working there for six months. They laid off 25% of their workforce. As much as I liked the culture and the people that I worked with, I wish I had accepted one of the other job offers I had received. If I had, I wouldn't be scrambling right now applying for other jobs. However, they were nice enough to provide me with a small severance.

Great company with great benefits! Work culture like family. IT very hard to get ahold of and sometimes never return calls. Could use an overhaul in IT department. Low pay for nurses but great benefits.

Wonderful company, they have gone through some recent growing pains but overall I am very happy in my role. Supportive management, low stress, I feel satisfied at work
Medical Assistant in Florida

The company went through organizational changes/new ownership. There is definitely a difference since then, less like a family feel. Profits, rather than patients come first. However, this is still a good company to work for.

If what this organization preaches actually happened it’d be great. Management is a mess, clueless and petty. Clinical staff are overworked, expected to do everything at once. The company’s priority is business growth not their employees or the care we give and it shows. Not surprised lots of good people are leaving lately. At least the benefits offered are pretty good.
