Enjoy working here but there are a lot of favorites and they are promoted over the competent employees. The company is trying to change but progress is slow

Managers are unprofessional and come to work still under the influence. Not professional at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I don’t see them lasting with the management they currently have. They don’t take your thoughts in consideration

Management shows little care in its people. Promotions are few and far between. Good ole boy system definitely evident. Raises are rare, and hinge on the commodity price of oil. Projects are pushed more so than doing your actual job. Raises and bonus are based on projects, not how well you do your actual job. You are ranked amongst your peers and based on that rank is how well you are compensated. So if an individual is favored, their rank will always outrank you
