3S Services. Watch it though, you could carelessly be sent to an interview for a position you don't have the experience for - wasting your time & money. And when you get to the interview, the guys interviewing are viewing your resume for the first time ever. Thanks guys, I had nothing else I could've done today.

12 hour shift work. They do every dirty trick in the book to keep you from getting overtime and definitely a 7th day pay is out of the question. They would rather an inexperienced operator work the job then give you a 7th day.

If you go to interview in Kenedy, TX and 3S Services sends you by mistake (you don't have enough experience), check twice to make sure you're qualified before you drive a long way ($ & time). Nice job reading my resume before the interview too, would've taken a whole minute.

Unless they have changed, the final say on who gets hired is up to the field superintendent it could take up to 3 to 6 months.Much has changed since I worked for Marathon so it may be faster. You would fill out an application meet with an HR rep. and then if you got past that you would be interviewed by whoever was in charge of the area you had applied for. like I said It my be completely different now.
