Horrible place to work. Fired because I didn’t catch on after a month with NO training. Do not work here; high turnover rate, horrible management and environment. I cannot say enough bad things about this place or the people who run it. Turn around and find another job with another company.

They only care about the bottom line. Allows managers to cuss out other employees with no recourse. Unprofessional at every level. Not family oriented.

Was glad to have a job at The Republic Location with this company. This is a strong company with sound prospective fundamentals. Was a bit soured that in the few months that I worked there I did not meet or see the owner or upper management. I suppose sometimes that's a good thing.
