Durango and SEF. Juvenile Detention centers for 2018 do vey little to consequence the Juveniles for assaulting staff and other teachers and Juveniles. For a fight or assault on a Juvenile teacher or Detention officer the Juvenile is given a time out for one hour and the Juvenile goes back to assaulting the other Juveniles , teachers and staff for the fun of it. It should be noted for some reason the Juvenile Justice system is not hardly con sequencing the juveniles. This has been approved by the Chief of the Department and the Judges. I hope the people of Maricopa county find out about this.
