Fast paced environment, intense customer service interactions and ability to multi-task.
My typical day at work started with a review of daily menu specials, proper table arrangements, assignment of work area, bar cleanliness and other duties as assigned. Management was generally helpful and our work place culture was one of team work and mutual respect. The hardest part of my job, and others like it in customer service roles, is difficult - more ... customers who did not want resolution but rather confrontation. The most enjoyable aspect of my work was customers telling me how pleased they were with my service. - less
