What advice would you give the CEO of Marietta Memorial Hospital about how to improve it?
Replace all the “good old boys” aka the older ladies in HR who run everyone off and start fresh with a new manager and supervisor. Shadiest people I have ever met!
I think it will be good if we stay straight and quit worrying about petty things and get our policies fixed and up to date.
Too many bosses to answer too. Need to be free to manage our departments and quit micro managing mis level managers. Still too much Good Old Buddy Club stuff going on behind the scenes.
They bring you in and ask questions then take you out to meet the rest of the office. Then they ask questions and make themselves look like a great group of people when really they are all two faced and will stab you in the back the first chance they get.
MMH pays HR employees poorly. They are too low. The good ones leave. I went thru the correct HR channels for complaining about my boss and her unfair discrimination, and was fired a week later with no disciplinary notices in my personnel file...ever!
