Excellent company to work for, great leadership and outstanding training opportunities. However, if you're in an area that only has one site, better hope they don't drop the contract or you'll be screwed. Upper management, to my knowledge did not visit any of the sites in an entire part of the state. Seems like upper management cared more about appeasing clients than fighting for staff

Good place to work for entry level employees to understand the security industry. Training allows you to learn the standards of the company. Then you will learn on-site with a trainer.
Armed Security Officer (Full-time) in Grand Rapids, MI

Started off nicely for little while. Then management turns their back on people. Also now they are getting too big that they are forgetting employees and their needs. Really sad!
Armed Security Guard in Kalamazoo, MI

Overall a great company to work for. The management cares about their staff and if you’re making the effort to do a good job, it will be seen and won’t go unrewarded. Hours are long but that’s to be expected in this kind of work, it just leaves for more days off in between. Opportunity to branch out within the company and locations if your working hard and doing your best, makes the job very interesting and rewarding.
