You train yourself, trial and error, oh and when auditing comes in and your branch fails....they post your auditing details for everyone to see! So, instead of your manager coming to the office and going over your failed report, you get reprimanded and scowled...with mo constructive criticism at all!

The trading is horrible. Managers must make sure their people are competent enough.to catch on quickly. If not, the manager, the office and employee are in trouble .

Sit in front of a computer for 2 weeks and read. And you better know what to do at the end of it , god forbid you ask a question, then your told you're incompetant
