Very cool people

working outside was great, museum overall however lacks focus/mission which hampers guest experience, they boats need more love :( They will teach you to sail for free! :)

Not a job if you want fabulous riches, but great for part time

Flexible ticket sales and gift shop schedule. Education department hours are demanding but the job is fun. Need more reimbursement for buying what you wear in all departments. Fun job, great people to work with. Organization is top heavy and detached, but the people on the ground are fine.

Wonderful atmosphere for the most part.

A "follow the leader" type place where several employees have been there way too long! The management could use assistance in employee relations as there is a definitive separation for such a small organization.

The education department has a wonderful program for school aged visitors. The ships are interesting and the value in sharing our history makes it worth the grind.

Loved the coworkers and the water

It was a cool job with awesome coworkers and managers i cleaned mostly and enjoyed the beautiful water views work at your own pace just get the job done. Non profit so pay is not good other then pay and lack of hrs its a good little part time to get some extra cash.
